The 'Art of Sake' Photo Exhibition was a unique opportunity to learn more about sake, taste the best quality, and meet special people from the world of Sake.

With pride and disbelief, we announce that Dim Dining has officially been included in The World 50 Best Discovery! This prestigious list recognizes and celebrates emerging culinary talents from around the world.

Jonas went on an internship at the artisanal sake brewery Gensaka Shuzo in Mie, Japan. He brought photographer and videographer Ian Segal along, resulting in thousands of stunning photos that capture the craftsmanship, tradition, and purity of sake brewing in Japan.

During the Michelin BELUX 2023 gala dinner in Mons, we jointly prepared a unique menu with restaurant Zilte*** and restaurant Colette**.
