Awarded three forks Michelin Guide 2021
On January 11th 2021, the Michelin awards were held via a “corona proof” online event for Belgium & Luxembourg. With this, DIM Dining was awarded “The MICHELIN plate: quality cuisine” and three forks for “Very good quality”.
Dim Dining’s creative research finds its inspiration by delving into Asian cuisines. Authentic produce and punchy flavours are combined playfully and unexpectedly. We wager that the superlative sakés and Japanese beers, in particular, will astonish you. Take a seat at the counter for a close-up view of the chefs at work.
