MICHELIN Guide ’22 – first star!

Very grateful!

We are EXTREMELY happy that we are rewarded by Michelin with 1 STAR!
1000 x thanks to our TOP team that goes for the full 1000% every day, to our guests who always support us and to our suppliers for their beautiful products! Also many thanks to our family and friends, you know who you are.

“The intimate DIM Dining exudes a zen atmosphere. The mix of Japanese simplicity and western luxury is captivating. A spot at the counter is ideal to admire the chefs. Just like the decor, they opt for a special mix. Oriental finesse and the power of French flavors go hand in hand here. Asian cuisines are the playground of creative Simon van Dun and his team. Authentic and local products are playfully and originally combined with intense flavor enhancers. Your curiosity is constantly triggered, surprise lurks around every corner. For example, the chef serves cold Obsiblue shrimp with pickled trumpet de la mort and a compote of dried and fermented goiji berries.

With a daring gravy made from sake and soy, it provides additional depth. Each plate hides different layers that you discover with every bite. The special sakes and Japanese beers selected by the renowned sommelier Jonas Kellens give your experience an additional whirlwind of impressions.”
