Asian of the Year 2020 by G&M
At the 4th of November we got from Gault Millau guide the titel of “Best Asian restaurant of Belgium 2020” & we got from 14/20 straight to 15/20 in the guide.
We also served one of our dishes at the Galabal of Gault Millau for 650 chefs and VIPS at AED studios, Lint.
Together with the chef of the year 2020, Bert Meeuwis from the restaurant “De Slagmolen” ** and the restaurant “Benoit Dewitte” * we got this evening covered. 40 passionate people in the kitchen made this evening unbelievable.
Our dish for that night was the raw Gambero Rosso marinated in lavas oil, house made ponzu of DaiDai with fennel and finished off with Royal Belgian Caviar.
