Description

MASUMI was established in 1662. Located in Shinshu Suwa, where water is cool and clear, and weather is also cool, the brewery has been producing sake that bears the name of the treasure of Suwa Taisha “Masumi no Kagami (Mirror of Masumi).” This brewery not only holds a distinguished award-winning history at sake fairs, but they have made their name for their original superior sake yeast called “Kyokai No. 7” that is used even today among half of the Sake brewers nation-wide in Japan.

This junmai daiginjo is the most premium segment of sake of the Masumi selection.
