YAKITORI & SAKE – STRAIGHT FROM JAPAN

On Thursday, May 14th (public holiday), we invite you to a special closing event at DIM Dining – marking a final moment to gather around fire and sake.
This is not a formal dinner, but a curated bites and sake experience.

For this occasion, we welcome Torisho ZEN from Osaka and Torisho SAI from Kyoto — two yakitori restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide Japan.
For one day only, they travel all the way from Osaka & Kyoto to Antwerp.

The yakitori experience will be led by Karin Yakumaru (Executive Chef, Torisho ZEN), supported by Kim Seunghwan (Sous Chef, Torisho SAI), bringing their specialized craftsmanship directly from Osaka & Kyoto, for one day only.

Earlier this year, Karin-san visited us with her family — a personal connection that now comes full circle.

The experience 

For this one final time, we open DIM Dining’s sake cellar featuring a selection of sake, including rare and hidden bottles, alongside this unique collaboration from Japan.

Included:

– 5 yakitori bites (live grilled)
– 1 glass of sake
– Access to our final and exclusive bottle selection

Price: € 20 per person

* Additional pours available.  A curated range of sake will be offered by the glass, thoughtfully paired with the yakitori. One glass is included, with the opportunity to explore further selections throughout the event.
