Team Dim dining had a 3 weeks study trip to Japan.

We started off from Tokyo and we did Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka, Sapporo, Yuasa and ended at the white beaches in Okinawa.

We visited during our trip a lot of our suppliers like our miso/soy saus supplier, sake brewers, Shōchū brewery, and a lot of different kinds of restaurants.

Our main purpose from this trip was to develop more knowledge about the Japanese food culture and the new trends and off course making our little work family more stronger than before.
