DIM’s chopsticks selection was selected by the entire team during a visit to Tokyo last year. They are engraved with the DIM logo.
These chopsticks have been handcrafted and lacquered by Ginza Natsuno specially for DIM and we wanted to share that with you!
Take them with you when you visit the restaurant or leave them in the restaurant and we will keep them safe for you.
Japanese chopsticks are talismans that have bound people to the gods since ancient times when they were given as gifts to ward off evil spirits.
Chopsticks, an important tool closely associated with Japan, are lacquerware art that the country is extremely proud of. At Natsuno they design chopsticks from many regions, made in different shapes and with different materials.
