What a weekend! We’re still enjoying the success of the 3rd annual Belgium Sake Festival, hosted by our restaurant and Jonas Kellens in Antwerp. It was truly an unforgettable celebration.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the Embassy of Japan in Belgium for their invaluable support, which helped make this festival possible.

A special thank you to H.E Ambassador Mikami for taking part in the traditional Kagami Biraki opening ceremony, and to Antwerp’s Mayor, Mrs. Els van Doesburg, for honouring us with her presence.

It was fantastic to welcome so many amazing sake producers and enthusiasts from all over Belgium and neighboring countries! With more than 150 attendees on our Masterclasses and so many visitors your enthusiasm brought the spirit of Japanese culture and sake, a UNESCO cultural heritage, to life.

Kampai to everyone who attended! Without your hard work, enthusiasm, and support, the Belgium Sake Festival would simply not have been possible.

We are already looking forward to next year’s edition!
